Contents

1. Purpose & scope

This Restaurant Partner Agreement (“Partner Agreement”) supplements the tabble Terms of Service (TBL-TOS-002) and applies specifically to Restaurant Owner accounts — verified operators who have claimed a restaurant listing on tabble (“Platform”). By claiming a restaurant listing, subscribing to a paid plan, or accessing the restaurant management dashboard, you agree to this Partner Agreement in addition to the general Terms of Service.

2. Claiming a restaurant

2.1 Verification process

To claim a listing, you must submit evidence of your authority to act on behalf of the business (ABN, lease, liquor licence, or similar).

  • Claims are reviewed manually, typically within 2-3 business days
  • tabble may approve, reject, or request further evidence at its discretion
  • Knowingly submitting false ownership evidence is a material breach and may be reported to relevant authorities
  • Upon approval, temporary login credentials are issued to the email provided in the claim

2.2 One claim per venue

Each listing may only be claimed by one verified owner account at a time.

3. Restaurant owner responsibilities

  • Keep listing information (hours, menu, contact details) reasonably accurate
  • Ensure published content is accurate and not misleading, consistent with the Australian Consumer Law
  • Keep dietary/allergen tags accurate to the best of your knowledge — these are shown to diners as restaurant-reported information, not independently verified by tabble
  • Respond to reviews professionally per the Content & Community Guidelines
  • Not delete, hide, or suppress genuine reviews — report violations instead
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
